So, I took a break from DAO and had the sudden urge to go visit my Sims2 mega hood, left neglected for months. I expected to be a bit meh after not having any interest whatsoever in even loading the game but...

Oh, Sims how I missed thee! Its like returning home. Goodbye expressionless, lifeless, forever posing puddings!

Somebody stop me from going on a downloading spree!

Hee! I hear ya. I've got to get Sim3 off my current computer so I can start loading Sim2 on again. I miss it - mostly for the custom content and hacks, but the sims themselves were much more animated and you can actually tell them apart from each other! LOL.

I already uninstalled it. ;P No way I could keep both games and DA so I had to make a choice and I dont regret it at all.

I actually feel a connection to my sims in Sims2 in a way I just can`t seem to when it comes to puddings - they`re so alike and feel interchangeable (despite the "unique" personalities) and the lack of animation and expression just makes it worse. Plus, the sims in Sims2 are just so much cuter. :)

And is it just me or does any one else think the female sims 3 look horrible from a side view? They all look like they are slouching and that they have no chins to me!!!

I think they look horrible all around. The toddlers are specially terrifying (makes you appreciate Sims2 toddlers all the more). And, yes, chinless wonders.
